I'm sorry to hear that. I've never sold a car on eBay. How does this go? Someone wins the auction, you give them xx days to get in touch and make a deposit, and then they fall off the face of the earth?

Does eBay charge you for the listing when that happens? Are you able to leave negative feedback?

In this case the ass hat jsed an account with 2 feedback and bid $100 more with 30 seconds to go. So yes ill give his 2 feedback account negative rating and he keeps his 100 account feedback account clean. I will fight with eBay to get my listing fees returned.

Ebay buyers are tsrting to act like craigslist buyers and likely my last time associating with them as a buyer. At least craigslist is free. Ebay charged me $70 to list the car.

On the bright side i get to restore my car and keep it.

I have had poor luck on ebay as a buyer and a seller, have you tried elswhere? I would be all over this car if I had the funds, but it would mean selling my Henna in aust to buy it and I am not going to do that. Hopefully when I do have enough money they will still be within reach.

Can't you give a 2nd Chance Offer to the 2nd highest bidder at $29,000 through Ebay if high bidder flaked out?
          Chris L.

Spray paint and tire shine doesn't equate to a "restoration!"

Ditto, with 2 discreet bidders at $29K, one should be real....

I sent the second offer request to the other $29k bidder. It's not a surprise he declined. Looks like the red M3 had the same problem as I did. He relisted at $42k BIN.

We may be closing on a home shortly so I may sell it again shortly. Right now I need a break.

Just a thought. If you are willing to take $29k give Enthusiast Auto a call . With the prices they are getting seems they may give you $29k for her.GLWS

This car was owned by Eric. One of the first cars he owned according to him. If he wanted it he would have contacted me already but thanks for thinking about that.
