Someone just trying to make some flip money and doesn't think anybody will do the research on it.

Hopefully the next potential buyer will be forewarned with this thread and not be taken for. If the motor was an S14, then the $46K offer is justified, but not for an S52.

I generally don't have anything against flippers but this guy isn't even trying. Lifting almost the whole previous ad. Then again the PO only had it for 6 months as well...

I am the PO, i did not buy the car to flip. I put a lot of time and money into the car to get it close to how i wanted it. But life happens and the car had to go. It looks like the current owner changed the headlight bulbs and thats about it. It also looks like it hasn't been washed.

Vin number should be added to post so it can be searched.

Its not surprising,,, these are fishing trips,,, the sucker buys a car, sees E30M3s selling for even bigger numbers than he got suckered for,,, not knowing the difference between an S14, an S52 or a small block chevy, figures for the cost of an ad,,, its worth it to see if maybe I can find an even bigger sucker than myself.

The next sucker isnt coming from this board, or the SIG, the target buyer probably wouldnt even know this board exists (I doubt the current owner does).
Its coming from some various other Cars and Coffee sucker like the one who paid $30K for it.

Yes Jimmy the Craigslist ads are all over the shop.. I found buying on here from a fellow member much better than had I bought off CL. The seller new his car inside and out, and had a huge collection of parts to go with it, and was realistic about the value, understanding the cost to rebuild.

I would advise anyone looking to buy to give priority to a forum member.

The rule is to "buy the seller" not "buy the car".
