1991 M3 feeler

Hey everyone,

This is a post to see what would my E30 M3 bring these days, I am thinking about selling it to buy a house. I told my wife, you can sleep in a car but can't drive a house but she doesn't want to listen lol.

I bought this baby in 2017 and have taken good care of her, driven the car about 5K miles since my ownership.
When I bought it, it needed some tlc so here is what I have done so far
Coolant system overhaul,
New water pump
New hoses
New radiator
Replaced the suspension from the factory to H&R Spring and beliestin shocks
Engine and transmission mounts replaced with oem
Diff bushing replaced
Drive shaft rebuild
Front control arms replaced
Valve adjustment and oil change done
Timing chain tensioner replaced
New spark plugs
New wires and cap distributor.

Z3 M3 Short Shifter
Crack Free Dash
Odometer works, right now the mileage is 128500
Interior redone
Evo suade interior
New Red seat belts

Brand new Paint job windows out
new weather stripping all the way around
All Body panels are original except for the Passenger fender with Dot R Approved ( factory fender)

Who did the paint and what paint is it?

What’s the compression and leak down?

Any whining from the differential?

Is the interior from OEM material?

Why the DOT R panel?

Difficult to feel a feeler without a lot more detail. I’m actually interested, too. I’ve always wanted a DS example.

If your heart tells you to take a responsible approach in life and buy a home, do it, I did it sold a car to finish my kitchen and even though I miss the car I know I did what I was supposed to do, a home will give you more security in life which in my own opinion is what everyone should thrive for, if you play your cards right you will be able to get a similar car in the future, I speak from experience, at the end of the day is just a car that just sits there and at time brings you a smile and some happiness, but most of the time it just sits there without a purpose, if you sell it and buy a house one day you will say , I made a responsible decision.
