The M3 is the first car to ever capture my imagination, the first car that made me want to drive. In short the M3 along with the STi and RX-7 are the vehicles that stole my heart and gave it to the kingdom of performance automobiles

Hey if you have any pictures could you send them over to [email protected] Hotmail.com without the space ofcoarse.

Im very intrested. How would the car perform as a daily driver? Is there any reason that it wouldnt pass CA smog emissions?

              Thanks -Daryl

Daryl - Click on the link in my ad above for all the photos. E30 M3s work as daily drivers - but are they the best choice? My 525i is a much better DD. The M3 passes Colorado emissions. I don't know about California emissions.

                      Cuppla questions...

Is that an old respray or is it original paint?

Do you think the car could make the drive to san antonio tx?

@ kroberts - Old respray. This car needs paint. Denver to San Antonio drive... the car will be fine. You will probably be quite uncomfortable without cold A/C. It was 99-100 F here in Denver last weekend, I'm sure worse all the way through TX.

JUST FOR KNOWLEDGE CALIFORNIA IS THE HARDEST STATE TO PASS EMMISSIONS. I HAVE HEARD THAT ALMOST ALL BONE STOCK E30 M3 FAIL CALIFORNIA EMMISSIONS AT 100K MILES AND MORE. SOME TUNING IS REQUIRED BUT I WOULD NOT LET THIS STOP YOU FROM GETTING AN AWESOME CAR. HAVE SEEN THIS CAR IN PERSON AND IT HAS GREAT POTENTAL AND IT IS RUST FREE. THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO SHOW IT TO ME DANIEL. AND IM STILL TRYING TO SEE WHAT I CAN DO ABOUT BUYING IT MYSELF.

Maybe I got lucky, but my M3 passed CA emisions after 225 k miles. The engine has had some work, but it was not a full rebuild. I am a VERY firm believer that any cars mileage is not a determiner in the cars condition. I have two M3's, one with 225k and one with 147k, and the 225k is much better. A well kept high mileage M3 is far more reliable than a younger abused or just neglected car.
