wonder why a car with such low miles be in that condition?
I have dyslexia so most the time my writing and spelling looks okay to me

You remember the one I bought in Baton Rouge a couple of months ago. While it may seem unfathomable to us, to those that own these cars and either can't afford to keep them up, have no knowledge of them or simply don't care one way or the other...the condition of these guys can easily go down the drain.

Just a matter of matching up the paperwork and doing some forensic detective work to ensure the miles are legit. The interior looks fabulous but seems like different bits were lifted off the exterior of the car, and there's that one shot of the windshield cowl that shows bubbling paint.

Even with the work needed to bring it back, I'd probably still give it a second or third look if I were in the market.

Looks like the seats were restored/dyed for the convincing factor on ebay. Remember seeing them much more dry and brittle.

Looks like the car will sell on ebay....reserve is off. Would be interesting to know the "real history" on this one (L James provided a good overview of available info)...but how does a 29k mile car get in that condition? A mystery....happy for the seller, but the buyer is sure taking a chance IMO. Hope it works out for both parties.

from previous posts, seller bought it on craigslist for $15k. More of a project for him, couldnt sell it here for $12.5k. My guess is there is more involved than meets the eye and seller found this out after car was in his possesion. Some qtrs are DOT replacements, some rust, panels dont line up, someone here that saw car mentioned it needs to be put on frame machine. Too many unknowns, but with ebay and these cars, price will go high on speculation.

I just noticed this is listed on Ebay Canada, rather odd to list a car there when it's in Pa.

The problem with Ebay is you get these flakes on there that bid, win the auction and then never follow up leading to a re-list. I hope he doesn't get burned by that.

I stand behind the car. There has been no false bidding and I have shown every interested buyer L James write up and pictures.
