1988 Alpine M3 for sale. PNW

I have owed this M3 for a few years now. Its been a great car. Life on the other hand has been throwing me a few curve balls. I really don't want to sell it, but I will to the right person. Please no low ball offers. I don't need any trades. I don't need to sell this car. I need to sell one of the many I have so if
I sell the others I will keep this. Thank you for your interest.
Here are a few pix and some of the work done as of late. And yes it looks as good in person as it does in the photos.
The car has:

-New Evo front rotors, Zimmerman rears

-New Hawk HPS pads, Stainless lines

-Front and Rear calipers have been rebuilt with genuine Bmw parts

-New ATE blue fluid

-New Bilstein sports F&R, strut mounts, sway end links

-New Behr radiator, CSB, Guibo, Turner Baffle, Turner Exhaust Stud kit, New (BMW) Coolant hoses, BMW coolant overflow tank/cap, motor mounts, transmission mounts.

-Reinforced front subframe, all new hardware i.e. mounting bolts etc.

-M-system forged wheels

-Alpine CD player

-New Smoked Euro head lights.

-New Racing dynamics muffler.

- Full valve adjustment and tune done my Mike O'Hara

-Never wrecked

- Body has 189k miles/ New Motor has 89k. Runs and drives Great. $18k OBO

I have no affiliation with the seller, but I had a chance to see this car this summer at the E30 picnic. It's quite nice.

Do you have additional pics?

Do you have maintenance records? If so going back how far? Do you have documentation on the replacement engine? How long ago was the engine replaced? And who did the work?

When was the valve adjustment done? Has O'Hara done all of the maintenance work on this car or just the valve adjustment? (He looked after my E30 325ix and did great work so if he's been looking after this one for a while that would be a plus.)

Does it have a clean title? Any known rust issues? Any bodywork? Are the panels all original?

Has the interior been smoked in?

The PO did not have records, that's why most every thing has been replaced or rebuilt.
Valves done 3 months ago. or 300 miles. Yes its a clean clear title. It did have rust in the wiper area so when it was painted that part was replaced with a new oem part. all other panels are original and where in good shape before paint. It was just showing its age. Never smoked in.
