      SCCA ITS? you are kidding, right? S14, coilovers, M3 brakes...all illegal in that class.

        Car sounds interesting, but I would edit your OP to remove the target classing.
        The build spec in your brief description does not fit into either class you posted.
        It will just muddy your FS thread.
