have you ever rebuilt one? i did one a while back . i mic'd austin healy joints and they were the exact size. installed them and staked them properly. it vibrated terribly. maybe your guy is a driveshaft guy and knows more than i do. just a warning. they are touchy

I have one. $168 shipped. Comes with new CSB. Off of a 1989 325is, manual. (white as well, hehe)

Ordered a rebuilt one, this one needs the rear u-joint replaced.
