I am sure we can come up with somthing to have a similare look to the audi. However if you notice the Audi has a separate guage cluster piece thats comes out of the dash, this allows the material to be glued / tucked under securely and not have where the material is attached visible. I am sure we can do somthing for you I am just not sure if it will stay on for years under the hot sun.
