  • WTB: Throttle Body Isolator Blocks

Does anyone have a set of the NLA 46mm blocks left? I have found out the hard way that only the EVO blocks are available now. I have two new Evo blocks for sale or trade! Reply or PM if you can help. Thanks.

      Hey Rick

If your blocks have leaks, then the cheap fix is Turner's kit.

I bought a new set of blocks 2 years ago to fit, never got around to
it and have now upgraded to 48's. As far as I know the set I have are
46's (bought from main dealer). I'd be interested in a straight swap
when I check to see if it's 46's I actually have?

          dredging up old thread...
are the 46mm blocks still NLA? haven't called yet, but several vendors still list them. i didn't realize the change and when i went to put the "new" blocks on, got the rude awakening that they are not even close to a port match. that can't be very effective for intake flow after the injectors....

if NLA, guess i will have to paper gasket and sealant the heck out of the old ones...

Haven't checked the dealer, but vendors like Turner appear to have them.

that tms link is to the EVO part (#319) which is too big for 46mm TB's.

the correct part is #318 that is NLA fromBMW.

Keep calling BMW in that case and have the parts manager keep putting orders in. If
BMW sees enough interest they may run another batch.

for reference on the size difference..

would be nice if they did another batch....or we should all upgrade to bigger tb's!
