Someone? I think, BMW MS has prepared it. S14/3 is a 2,5l ´90 DTM-block. Based on the early E3 Block. Later, they use stiffer main bearings.
For a high end S14 it is better to use a prepared late E3 Block, or the late DTM/Gr.A Block ( new >4500€)

I'm going through my hoard and I'll never use this, although it would make a rather expensive coffee table with a sheet of glass fitted. Someone on here may want it.
Left over from a load of other S14 parts I bought. This is a proper 2.5 block, not a bored 2.3. Bores are not oval etc.
I've passed it onto a close friend who works for a reputable engine reconditioner to check it over for piece of mind.
It's had a repair, detailed in the last photo's.
I don't know what it's worth, to comply with the rules £800 but PM me and we'll go from there.
Located not far from Cambridge.
