I made a purchase from Hale and only have good things to say. He was prompt with communication, was descriptive of what was being sold and very honest.
Throughout the process he kept an eye on everything, including when there was an attempted delivery but I wasn't home. He noticed it in the tracking there was a delivery exception and called me to make sure that everything was alright.
