  • Paint Correction on my Zinno

First off, I want to thank Chad Raskovich. http://raskysautodetailing.com/ He did an amazing job on my car, where do I begin. After being told by other places to go to a body shop and get stuff repainted, he absolutely transformed the paint. I am going to let the pictures do the talking. If you need a serious detail in the midwest, I strongly urge you to contact Chad. Here is the main reason that made me reach out to chad. The paint on my rear wing and hood were pretty messed up. After seeing the car in person, Chad informed me this was known as "paint shrinkage". As you can see, its really in poor shape. Thankfully, this is fixable with wetsanding. And on the wing. Didnt get any 'during' photos. As you can see in the last picture, we decided the decklid could use some help too. Everything except for the paint chip was able to be corrected, this was the worst spot on the trunk. That covers most of the spots that needed wetsanding. Now here are 50/50s for the rest of the car. This paint was neglected, I didnt think it was as bad as it was. Unfortunately, the sun wasnt out when I picked her up. Just glad it didnt rain! To say I'm pleased is quite an understatement.

Congrats! Car has come a long way from when you first got it. To say it went to a good home is an understatement, I've watched your meticulous grind collecting pieces, searching forums, sending emails, and putting your love into this car. The transformation is AWESOME and just in time for summer.

Thank you. I thought I was going to need a respray too, this far surpassed my expectations.
