  • 15 months later... here she is :)

Hi all, thought I'd share the first pics of the little girl the day I picked her up from the paint shop. Still a few things to do but she's nearly there.

A few big thanks need to go out to some people here, namely Don McAdams (who I bet never gets tired of hearing this stuff) who has been a incredible contact for me over the past year and a bit.
    :thank you

    Things to do:

Fit H&R springs to drop her a little more
    Red Evo Tape
    Clear side and front indicators.
Big things like cage and motor over the coming years

It's been tough, very expensive ($44K so far) but very rewarding knowing I am bringing an automotive legend back to life

Here she is, hope you like :chug:

Oh, and Sparco strut bar is on it's way from the US as we speak.

    Thanks again Don and Eddy.

Love the front tag, so true.

Car looks great too. I would look into a roll bar instead of a full cage if the car is not going to be heavily tracked. Cages are safe but make it a pain in the ass to get in and out of the car.

Thanks for all the kind words fellas.

I plan on putting in a half cage to begin with and see where we go from there.

The camber plates are from the Vorshlag GB done here some time back. It also has adjustable rear end so I can pretty much well dial in what I like.

The number plate is a real eyecatcher, had a dude in an E46M3 pull up beside me while driving, he had a good look and gave me the nod then floored it... I didn't even bother, mines running pretty average at the moment. My day will come. May need to talk more with Dave (OZM3)

I her to work for the first time today and the windscreen wipers packed it in... arghhhh... the joys of a 20yr old car...lmao

Glad you all like her :thank you
