Wow, thats some nice mirrors !!! How much did they cost ?

Sorry, I dont like your Momo Steering Wheel.
It`s just to plain and has to be thicker.

I bought this one my self, and I am very happy with it.

Sorry about asking again, I lost your email.

how did you mount the glass to the plastic?

and how did you mount metal to the CF?

And any other suggestions are welcome.

                thanks

Double sided tape, or silicone glue

                  Sheet metal screws.

Cut the plastic a little smaller then the mirror, and test fit in the housing, they are not centered! Put the metal plate in, and press the plastic one over it to get a outline of where to cut, then go about 1/8 in all round.

If you use silicone, let it set for about 15min, then move the mirror to the best location for full movement.

DO NOT OVER TORQUE THE MIRROR BOLTS!

I mounted everything with JB Weld and the hold is very strong. I've popped the glass with platic off twice (on purpose, for painting) and the metal base still held to the cf.

You might want to shim the passenger side a little to get a better view. I shimmed three of the four mounting points on the metal base, top right, bottom right, and bottom left. That let me pull the mirror in a little without having a 1/2 inch gap between the mirror and the shell. But the passenger side mirror is useless anyway right?
