i got the car from the paint shop and we are installig the suspension , brakes , and all bits in the parts list ... we are painting under the car as well , so it will look good from any angle ... hahaha
the engine is ready and we will install it in a few days !

in these pics only the front suspension was done , we did not even put the spacers for the rear wheels yet... i'm thinking about the rear wing... i may paint it in the near future and keep only the flap CF.

Hamilcar, the car is coming along nicely. I would definitely paint the rear base of the
wing. Too much CF and it sticks out too much.

Also, have the body shop check the location of the rear badge. It looks a little off to
me. Check this thread about half way down for measurements:

Looks nice. If I were you, I would have painted the rear wing and only kept the flap in CF. But hey, it's your car ;-)

thanks Chutrain ! i also think itīs a bit off, now that i have the measures iīll get it right !
my original plan was to paint it also , but the shop was a little reticent about it , since they donīt have a lot of experience with CF , and my father (co-owner of the car hehehe) told me to test how it would look like before painting... well , iīll do it in a short while , when i get tired of all the CF
we would start her up this week , but in the final hour we learned that we need a new fuel pump.... so , now , i guess itīs going to be next week !

                  looks very nice, great effort!
                  I haven't seen a single e30 when I was in Brazil
Def paint the base of the wing the color of the car, just leave the gourney flap in C/F
Are there more e30 m3s by you?

Yes ! E30s are very very rare in brazil, they were out of production already when the imported cars were allowed in brazil (only brand new or over 30yrs old is allowed even today). these e30s here are exceptions, brought by embassies or rich powerfull people that could bend laws... hehehe
that i know of , there are about 4 or 5 more m3 e30 here, but there are more "hidden" (garage queens of owners who i guess are not 'on line')

it's temporary... the valve for the oil steam is not working , so this is just for the run in... the OEM part is on its way from germany. you can see there is a hose loose on the top of the valve cover ...

Hi Grandroyal lovely m3, you should buy the proper fuel hose that's between the pressure regulator valve and the injection tube, it comes the proper shape, the fuel hose that you have fitted looks like it is kinked, part # for the fuel hose is 13531726960.

                        GARY.
