so here's what i'm thinking and it's been pretty successful in the past.
WHEN: like duh... May 10th. why? most school are done with their finals and the weather should be pretty good.
WHERE: Fort Lee Boat Basin. More info to come and it's a drive that's not bad for those coming from VA to Mass to upstate to PA.
