What color for evo3 splitter

Hey everyone. i received my evo 3 wing and front splitter the other day. On Saturday the wing will be painted, but the dilemma is: Which color should the splitters be(front and back)? The wing is fibergalss with the splitters in carbon fiber. At first i thought to just leave them alone but i have seen some nice lookin cars with the splitters the same color as the car (ex. magnus' m3). So i thought that i would let you guys decide....

I have a white M3 too and personally if I were to put on evo III front and rear spoilers I would do cf or black undersplitter and a white rear flap. That way if the front underspoiler gets chipped or cracked, you wont have to repaint it, and the rear gurney flap looks more inconspiuous. Dunno if these two factors are an issue for you, but I like the body color rear flap. Perfect example is the GSP M3 Here's the best pic I could hyperlink: :cool:

Hi,
my car is not factory white. the previous owner changed the color. It is a creamy white with a blue pearl one top. Under the sun or under lights at like the gas station the car really glimmers in Blue.....You would have to see it in person to know....

Chris(UNCHLL) from VSR in New Hampshire would know, his dad did some work on it for me last summer.

Yep its pretty trick. In the right light the car can get a bluish tint and sometimes a purple too around the edges.

I'd leave both as the raw CF myself, I think it would be a great accent to the car Joey!

if i leave the carbon fiber look ill have to pick up some smoked taillights. I think they might match well with the dark splitters....

Can't really say. I had a body shop mount when I had my front bumper resprayed. I didn't want to damage the fresh paint.

But from looking at it, I don't think it would be very difficult. I've since removed and reinstalled it and it wasn't a big deal. Just be sure to have a bunch of old towels around to keep from gouging the bumper cover.

exposed CF. It looks really good in subtle places like that. Plus black and white always work. On Magnus' silver car it's different...silver is probably the only e30 m3 color that I would paint CF stuff
