If he put leaded fuel in it, why wouldn't the #1 cyl be off colored?

Maybe injector 1 is leaking or running to rich, and the ECU is cutting fuel, but since #1 is broken, it's making the rest run lean?
Try and swap the injectors around and see what happens, also check for leaks!!!!

The engine has not been running since I removed the AFM, so yes.....
The idle has always been stable, wouldn´t it have been unstable with a intake leak??
Maybe my injectors needs cleaning, just weird that all 3 injectors would go bad at about the same time.

They should all look like #1!
Do you have an AFM on the car? It looks as if there is an intake leak on the other cylinders and they are running kinda lean. I'm no expert though, just the way it looks to me. Those are definitely way too clean though.
