What performance chip is best?

Hey, I have been reading through posts about what performance chip to purchase for my '88 2.3L. I seem to hear only good things about the IIgo chip for 91 oct. Was wondering what the Turner performance chip is like compared to the IIgo 91oct. chip.. or any other input. Turners website says there chip that is tuned by Jim Conforti gives you a 24 hp gain ( I do know if i believe that). I want the best chip that will perform with the evo Lower airbox in.

It's probably so old it didn't get blocked for updates. That said all the new info here will be lost.

I'd run a Miller WAR chip totally tuneable.. and has 4 different "tune" settings
