wet carpet

I have noticed some water next to the throttle pedal near the central tunnel. I think there is some water that comes from the drain condensation tube. Any ideas?
I would like to know if it's difficult to uninstall it and the easiest way to do it, thankls

I'm going to verify the exit n the hood and drain tube under the console...
