Rust is rust, it pops up anywhere. What information are you looking for? How bad it is? Can't say much without any pictures my friend.

another rust question
I did search for this but didn't really find anything. I noticed some surface rust around my rear tow hook. How bad is this, I know I need to pull the bumper cover to fully evaluate it, but has body else seen this?
