    the shop is asking for data! any quick help is appreciated

    all they can really adjust is toe

    for street driving, I think typical setup is ~1/16" toe in.
    they cant do anything to rear alignment unless you've got adjustable TA bushings or other similar modifications.

    The shop should have all these values (Factory Specs) in their laser machine.

      If they don't know, can you trust 'em. Or is the car too old to be in their database.
      If you don't have camber plates all they can do is toe, but you want the readout for a thrust alignment at a minimum.
