Let us know how it goes... I'm going to be doing the same once I get the engine back in the car.

I think you only really need the ETM for figuring out the C101 connector to interface to the rest of the car, everything else is going to be new.

That C101 matches what I thought when digging through the ETM:

Christsay, Stevesingo, Handblt. Thanks for this information.
I'll let you know how it goes, I helped a friend install an older version Haltech about 10 yrs.ago into a e30 M.
I'm adding euro throttle bodies, injectors, carbon intake, should be a lot fun. I dynoed my friend's car before and after and he gained 40+hp and on a 30tq. On a stock motor with 200,000 miles with Carbon intake and custom exhaust

I tried searching but could not find a answer. Which tps has everyone used ? E36 with massive adaptor or Vac. Etc. As I will be running Haltech . Any info is greatly appreciated.

there is a bosch TPS that has a round connector on it that ends in 402 that I used. It is the one that comes with the MAXX unit. No adapter needed it mounts and looks just like the stock one.

Bosch part # 0280 120 402. This is the six pin model that you need, but fits like the stock throttle switch.

yep thats the one. It has the three pins (idle, WOT, common) for the motronic and the +5v, common, output for 0-5v TPS signal for standalone EMS and MAXX TPS signal.
