Porting ITB's service ?

I'll bet Marc Norris or Andrew Lang either do it or can get it done through a vendor.
Both guys have built lots of hot S14s and are great resources.

I was going to suggest that as well but I dont think Mario is still doing E Ticket Motorsports. I think I remember hearing that he wasnt in the business anymore. He was in AZ which would be much closer to CA than Philly.

Hi Gents,

Thanks for all of your replies.

I also have heard that e-ticket does not offer this service any more.

Oh well its a bit of Project what I want: I have single ITB ported on my own and basically I will need CNC operator to replicate the port. I am not able to replicate the port to the other cylinders perfectly. I do have access to any kind of butterfly plates which I can handle, I need only port service, I will assemble them on my own and adjust them on my own.

I will contact VAC/Tony to see if he is willing to do them to how I want them to be ported.

Gents,

I spoke with VAC and they do offer only 1 port size and they are not willing to write a new file for my need :( Gotta keep checking and see who will willing to write a file and mimic this to several sets I have ready to go.

I already check with other places and they do port only at the plate side...I have the feeling its going to be hard to find one willing to perform the work.

Spoke with Marc at Bavarian in Westhills, CA and he said he would be able to do the 48MM TBs. Thank you everyone for the recommendation. I will go see him next week.

I am assuming you have cams, standalone system, and you reaching out for larger ITBs ?

VAC does 48mm as well for $1300.

How much Marc is going to sell them to you ?

Yes I do have the completed port/polished head with cams and etc. Moreover, I have a 2.5 Liter motor.
Marc quoted me $1200. Given he is local, makes a bit more sense for me.
