  • To poly or not to poly bush

Here is my next dilemma, with the whole rear brakes and suspension parts in total strip down for the replacement of a new rear axle carrier, should i replace the brand new axle carrier rear bushes, (big ones at each end) with super flex poly bushes, i am actually replaceing the rest ie swing arms and roll bar bushes with polybushes but they are old and the rear subframe is brand spanking new, and so are the bushes.

so do spend the extra 75 uk pounds for the poly bushes for the axle carrier, and fit them while its out.

The car is a toy and is used on the road/ and track days, but i dont want to destroy the ride totally for road use.

    whats your thoughts lads

    cheers Rob

use powerlfex, not super flex. I have powerflex (except the ones you are talking about) everywhere and there are NO noise issues at all. You can leave the BMW bushes in and fill the gaps with mastik.

Goodbye M3, you served me well.
