Hi all, I am still chasing a fuel issue and can’t find the specs for psi at idle and wot?

I had originally suspected AFM, but put my old one back on and no change. Tested the TPS, and as HANDBLT and hardtailer thought, it was not good. I had a used spare, but unfortunately one failed continuity at idle and the other at WOT!
So, I am going to order one, but was wondering about the FPR, hence my question regarding pressure. I am getting about 42 psi at both idle and WOT, doesn’t seem right to me?
Also, when I pull the vacuum hose off the FPR, I can definitely feel vacuum, but the pressure only changes about 2 psi, does this make sense?
Just wondering if I should also order a FPR while I am at it?
Thoughts?
