  • Grp A Gear lever

I have the oportunity of purchasing a Grp A gear lever and selector. What other parts will i require? I have been advised the part to make this a solid connection costs 244.

Very nice, I assume that the stick fits into the stock nylon cup thing (that is the correct technical term, right?)

    Any part numbers?

part numbers for the lever? i don't have it yet but will try and remember to let you know when i pick it up.

it does fit into the nylon cup. i'm deciding wheteher to have it fixed solid or just run as my current lever is, that aborbs any vibration.

if you must buy all parts that you'll need it would be between 7-800 Euro *ouch*
the bigger problem is that some parts are NLA so you can't complete the Gr.A shift system
a 1:1 replica costs around 590 Euro(that's what i have in my car)

        Markus

btw: that 233 Euro part is made of magnesium
        very lighweight..

I'd be interested in one of your repro units if you can get them.

Me too.. I had and old shifter (lever and fork only) but the lever broke at the ball :-(

I'd like to have a new one to match the grp. A box on my track car.

                  Thanks

                    Hi Toby

give Will a ring at Geoff Steel racing, they do a nice lever. All there, ready to fit.

                        Markus,

I'm with Ron///Man and the others...

I too would like the oppurtunity to own such a nice shifter. If it's a GB tell me where to send the funds or the store name to acquire one on an indvidual basis.

                        Thanks, Robert

If the rep is exactly the same as the oem, would you be able to get the parts i need to complete the fitting?
