18" rim with ET13.............. anyone have a pic

wheels are 18x8.5 bbs RC's. front is a 38mm offset with a 15mm spacer. so thats actually 23mm offset (but you can already see that it sticks out a good amount. the fenders are malled up because of this. (PO ran these wheels and tires. the tires are 1" tall then the car should be running. 225/40/18. plus he didn't roll the fender lip. dumbest thing ever) the rear is 13mm offset and fits perfectly. I can't run the 13 up front though because it doesn't clear the caliper. the wheel design makes the spokes spread out at an angle from the center instead of having a flat face with a center that sticks far back into the wheel.

See, that's what I mean. Top picture running an ET 23 (38 plus 15 spacer) looks similar/worse then the et 13 below it. WTF !?!??!?!

M3driver, are you running OEM M-parallels off a 740i sport ?

the wheels I posted are 8.5 wide though that can add to the problem

yes they are OEM 740i Sport wheels - the 18 pounders that are strong as an OX! Haven't bent one yet and I've hit plenty o potholes

Mine with OE M Parallels running 215/35/18 instead of the 225s

Magnus I feel nearly emotional that you would say it looks even quite good let alone awesome. I have had the car for 3 years now and am only a fraction through the transformation I want to take it through!! I have just had the cams and new evo 111 rear spoiler delivered yesterday an will be fitting a new 3.64 as soon as Jake can find the time to post it........and hopefully when my wife wont notice I will be fitting an alpha N and carbon airbox with maybe some new pistons then I may be able to compete with some of you lot.
