So the Supersprint Race exhaust will be ditched... I dont want to much sound. The thing is that I need a new exhaust, the stock one has been welded tons of times.

maybe you should drop LuckyM3 a line (he is a member on this board as well IIRC). He had a batch of exhaust made to the same spec that the Supersprint, but MUCH better quality. I have a Supersprint SS in my garage and the quality is ****** to say the least. The will not last very long on track with R-compounds or slicks.
have a look here for pictures and feedback.

I'm running the non cat center with round tip muffler (was backordered for 8wks). It's nice and not much louder than stock. Just right in my opinion, but does cost the $$$. I've read the race version fatigues, cracks, and is much much louder. That changed my mind about it.

I've called some dealers today, and some of the Supersprint parts for E30 M3 has gone out of production...

I don't know if thouse are gone out of production, but the center pipe and dtm rear exhaust on this page http://www.supersprint.it/a_prodotti...dello=bmwE3023 has gone out of production they said.
Got the prize now. The 043312 Centre pipe is $866,52 and the 043306 Rear exhaust is $1059,29 calculated from norwegian kroner to USD with today's couse. Pretty fucking expensive!

Is there any Supersprint dealers that you can post link to?
Turner sells the complete exhaust for $1,503.16!!

Supersprint is only slightly louder than standard,. Probably the quietest of the aftermarket exhausts,.

I'm currently running on Supersprint muffler that replaces the original one and I have the middle one in place, so this is not an identical setup to what you are thinking of. Anyhow it sounds great without being too loud, although my mother in law calls this car 'the loud car'

I'm thinking about buying the 50mm Supersprint Race exhaust. But I'm consened about the sound it will make. I got 3" on my Volvo with only a jap-tuner rear silencer, and it yells pretty fucking high.
I want a bit more sound in my M, but not too much. I see some of you run 3"...
Supersprint got a milder version as well for street use. I want to go for only one silencer, and drop the resonator at the middle.
If someone got vids of a car with 3" og 2x50mm post it
Now I run a stock exhaust I think...it is marked BMW. But I think it is old and has been welded a lot I can see, so maby most of the inside of the boxes are burnt off, cuz it makes more sound than the average car.
