  • Sunroof Manual Overide

    Hey Guys,

My car has been at the panel beaters for a few months now, and most of the interior is out so sunroof is part way open and inoperational. Is there a way to get the sunroof to close then go into tilt mode so I can check to see if there is any rust in the tray? Head lining is all still in and I didn't plan to remove it.

    Cheers

I believe there is a small plastic covering above your check panel. Pop it off and I think there should be something to turn IIRC. I should add that I've never done it myself...just remember a buddy telling me that once upon a time.

      From the manual:

(using tools supplied in the trunk lid)
-remove protection cap (this is right by the electric sunroof switch)
-loosen nut with spark plug wrench and adjust sunroof with an allen key to desired position

I love how they made just a few tools perform so many tasks
