  • Oil Catch Can

I want to delete my oil separator and am in need of a catch can,
Does anyone have any pics of there set up?
Maybe a suitable Brand to use for the catch can.
Tried to search, No pics or really any designs came up.
    Much appreciated.

One like this works well. . .

    Helix Catch Can

. . . IF you remove the top and insert some stainless steel mesh as media to catch the oil vapor.

      Tony,

Why not keep the oil separator to drain the oil back to the pan, but block off the connection back to the intake tract? That keeps the oil / vapor out of the intake and eliminates vacuum leak possibilities here, but keeps the portion that drains back to the pan doing away with the need for a separate catch can.

I think there's an older thread somewhere on this board that discusses this mod, I'd need to search for it though.

          Brendan,
That was also a possibility if I didnt find what i wanted,
I had it blocked of before and used a K/N filter.
