I use the PSC1-004 Programmable Signal Calibrator. This allows you to replace the factory AFM with any MAF you choose as long as the MAF is a 5v MAF.

The ARC-2A looks like you use dials to tune the fuel. The PSC1-004 is programmable with a laptop. I haven't had any issues with my unit so far.

    Slpit Second

I have no remote usage of this unit, but do know of people who tended to forget to adjust the dials from time to time and the end result was a fatal engine.

I'm a fan of a tuned system of set and forget. Pay up front as for the cheap way around could cost you more.

Split Second ARC-2A - MAF + Piggyback ECU

Does anyone here know of, or use, the Split Second ARC-2A?

    http://www.splitsec.com/products/arc2/arc2A.htm

I did a search here on the forum and wasn't able to find any threads referencing it, but I assume that someone here knows this item...?

Would this work as a replacement for the factory AFM?
Working...
