    Saw it on e30m3therealm3, and would like one.

    Anyone know about the origin?

    I am sure the local aftermarket JDM/Spoon/Honda/Acura/Japanese race shop should have them.

      I think the one pictured is a little different though, I've seen it on a lot of E30 race cars.

          That one looks a little different but it would work. I guess you'd have to weld it to the side of the existing tow hook.

              Yeah, an easily accessible tow hook like that can certainly save you some trouble when you're at the track.. it can also save your bumper!

                My guess would be a custom made piece. It looks pretty simple to fab. Maybe just make one yourself. If it turns out nice, we'll start buying them from you ;-)

                  those are also ileagle for clubracing now. better off using webing around the tow hook.

                  Shes sold now :(
