If I come with my 2 sons - without my car (in bits) - and just spectate/hang, will that be 3 x $89? Then do we get fed and recieve any commemorative "stuff" ??

I sent a mail way back from the site but never got a reply.

Sending a pm would be the the quickest way to reach us but you are correct, $89 x 3 and that includes the Show and Shine portion of the event on the 27th. It covers the continental breakfast and the brunch buffet. We will also have a specialty concession stand that will be included along with a commemorative logo. There will be music, photography and raffles. Trying to give the most that we can for our guests. Look for updates on the site as the time nears. Thanks.

Come on everyone....better pony up and reserve a room at the "Villas" on the track, or you'll have to stay off track in a local "everyday" motel (and worry about where your car is parked)! Those who wait too long will be "whining" when there are "no more rooms at the Inn"! (so to speak) LOL! :gotcha:

I don't want August to get here too quickly, since this past winter sucked so badly!.....but it "will" be here before we know it.

02fanatic is 100% right! The season has begun and come May the Village will begin to book up quickly. There is no up front cost to reserve your room. I would hate to see you guys run out of time. I agree John, August will come quick! Good luck all.

Contracts are in and they are under review for some final adjustments. I have to say that Pocono does not mess around, but they have made an effort to do the right thing by us for this Anniversary. Still have a alot to do but key items are knocked down. Hope the timing works out for you Jimmy so you can make it to this event!

Jimmy just think about it, between yours, Ron's and mine we could have 13 of them there. That is nuts! Add in Ljames and thats 16!

Check out the official "Sticky" under gatherings and events. The registration page has not been updated yet but as of today we have 38 cars confirmed. I believe the bulk of the registration will happen in August. We are approaching and preparing this event as if 100 cars are coming. I have quite a few that are coming straight to the event without registering so its hard to tell. I have been getting alot of phone calls versus emails. I am pretty sure that they are waiting until August to sign up.

We have alot of people looking forward to this event. My responsibility is to bring what they are looking forward to, and the event together. The set up that we have planned for the E30 M3 will be second to none. Awesome weekend......for sure!

Guys, let me just tell you that the organizers are not kidding around with this one, this will be one Major Meet !!! I've been fortunate enough to help a little during the preparation stages and the magnitude of this meet will blow the standards for the BMW meets into the new dimension !
If you own an e30 M3 and can drive a reasonable distance - you have to be there!
