  • 6 speed?

Has any one ever heard about a 6 speed trans for our cars? I was just wondering. If not how could you go about getting a custom one made, if thats possible

Getrag and Prodrive had them. straight cut gears though. And Gr_A and DTM unobtainum. Last Month I emailed Ron Checca about a pair I have found in Europe for 2800 Euros. One Gr_A close-ratio and a rebuilt Prodrive 6 speed.

you can use the one off the euro evo E36 and maybe even a 540 and just have a custom bellhousing adapter made , or go with a 6k siqwetial gearbox.

The 6 speed gearbox from the E34 M5 3.8 should fit directly on the S14 according to the Danish BMW specialist "Koed". The price in europe for a used gearbox are app. 2k USD.
