weird spacers

    If you are using an evo flywheel you need the shorter flywheel bolts. BMW has 2 different length bolts. However, the spacers referred to in this thread are for the 6 pressure plate bolts. I'm installing my clutch now and don't remember pulling any sleeves nor do I have any in my parts bin.

    Also seems like my PP bolts are shorter than the ones pictured with sleeves so that makes sense. Great info in this thread.

      My M5 clutch setup has them, and as stated they go outside of the pp, not inside.

      I read somewhere that they should be replaced with the bolts and not reused...

        Found this thread searching to clarify my concern over spacer being needed for the pressure plate. Now I know...
