S14 runs loopy

this is my first e30 m3 and i believe it runs a little bit unusual it runs loopy as if it is about to die and if i let it idle at a cold start it tends to die out.
I have already replaced
spark plugs (Bosch)
cap (Bosch)
Rotor(Bosch)
and suggestions on where i should start looking? thanks s14 members

I am not sure what LOOPY means but if it is only at cold start, I would check your ICV (idle control valve).

Check the intake gaskets

Turn the key to the on position engine not running and open the hood and listen to the idle speed control motor should hear faint buzz indicating it is working.
