reinstalling the s-14 motor into my car after replacing oil pump & rod bearings. Kind of a dumb question but which port on the engine does the feed from the fuel pump go, One port connects via a pipe to the regulator the other looks like it goes directly to the rail feeding the injectors. I didn't mark them when I removed and now I'm uncertain. My thinking is the fuel from the pump goes to the rail and the port from the regulator is the return. Some help please so I get it right would be appreciated.
