I got this from Motorsport last friday
    www.cecotto.dk/E30GrA_sec.pdf

It has been said that it's no longer available a few times now.

This copy has last been edited on the 11/11-2004 by motorsport.

I have secured it from editing with a password. But high quality printing is allowed through adobe acrobat reader.

It contains a few diagrams as well. And Motorsport has translated parts of it to english also.

I hope you will enjoy it.. It's interesting reading you will get an idea of how the engines was built. And the suspension setup.

BTW, here's a nice zipped utility that greatly speeds up how fast Adobe Reader loads, typically less than 1 second vs the usual 30 - 60 seconds:

                  Outstanding!!

Does anyone know how you go about ordering this stuff? My local dealer tells me "not legitimate part number" with Motorsport parts.....

yeah be sure to tell him its a motorsport part as they are not listed in the normal parts catalogue.

He might have to call someone up to get the price..

Unfortunately, most US dealers won't order Motorsports part numbers. Try Maximillian -- you'll likely have to call them, though.

I order straight from BMW Motorsport and they deliver directly to me, bypassing
dealer altogether. The pricing is also cheaper than any dealer will give you
in the USA or Canada, including Maximilian. But that doesnt mean the parts are
cheap in Germany either. Motorsport parts are on average 2 to 3 times
more expensive than street M3 parts. Also realize that many parts work together
with others, you cant often just interchange them at will without incurring further
                            modifications.
