I wanna put new carpet in my 325. Buying a $250 set from BavAuto is overkill for this car. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    TIA,

You should buy the one from the dealer
the one that bavauto sells you doesnt have all the holes cut out correctly. Trust me, it is f'in hard to install the carpet, especially if the wholes are not lined up right.

I recently bought new carpet. Anthrazit. looks hot!

BTW - Lighten up man, give it some time and people will respond.

OR YOU CAN DO THE RIGHT THING AND SEARCH!

        good luck

My apologies, the firearms forum I belong to has about 20k members. I'm used to getting 200 hits in an hour on threads over there.

It's hard to justify $500 carpet in a car you've only spent $2000 for. I love my old 325 though, maybe I should look into it.

          Apologies again,

          kroberts

            Hey no problem,
I see why you would be used to all the quick replies

I think that you should try over at R3vlimited.com
There are thousands of e30 guys over there that will def have you used carpet.

            Good Luck!

                Yeh
unfortunately you won't be finding carpet cheaper than the aftermarket set you speak of. Unless of course you make it yourself.

Weather has been shitty up here.

                goodluck,

$250 for a brand new carpet doesn't seem so bad to me. But I've never looked or researched the cost, but it still seems reasonable. Shit, it's new! Talk about cleaning up the interior
