A sale of the M3 and a purchase of NSX

I think a properly setup m3. With the right tires
And 300 hp could do some justice

Dominate where? Autocross? Track? Full race?

Ask NSXM3. He has one of each!

Yeah, you're talking about an aluminum-bodied mid-engine RWD quasi-supercar with 2 more cylinders and more than a half-liter of extra displacement, that'll do 8,000 RPM...

I love my E30 M3, but I think it would have a helluva time taking on an NSX.

Agreed stock for stock. Slap a turbo into the E30 M3 and I think a stock NSX would lose on the track. As mentioned before the NSX, I'm sure, is more of a chic magnet.

Slap that same turbo on the NSX, and the E30 M3 will be a distant memory.

Plus the NSX aerodynamics are much, much better. I wouldn't mind owning one some day.

Rode along as a passenger in an NSX on track once and was very impressed! It felt at home. Wish I would have bought one a few years ago before they began to rocket in price.

Even with the prices for an NSX today, an older one obviously, they are still
reasonably price for what was considered a supercar back in the day. Would love
to own one of these in the future as well.

Prices have been relatively flat for 5 or 6 years now...I've been watching...

Having autocrossed them both, the NSX is out of it;s element at an autocross. Challenging to drive at the limit, tail happy, lots of torque.

For a quasi-supercar you could drive for 200K miles, I don;t think there's anything that would beat it.

How;s the saying go? When people see it and ask, what's is that? The answer is, "An NSX."

                            "What's that?"

"It's like a Ferrari, but built by people that went to college and understand reliability."

All that said, a Boxer S will perform at a higher level with less effort than the NSX, with better tire wear etc....

I think the e30 m3 is abetter track car.
                              Higher corner speed !
But. Maybe the e46 m3 is a better comparo
