I got a job @ BMW

I started working at Prestige BMW this afternoon(i go to school during the day) the management told me that i was going to be placed at the MINI dealer prepping cars, So i thought it would be cool to start with MINI's but to my suprise i was preping BMW's
I prepped two 525s, and an X5 4.4 today, I can't wait to see what is in store for me tomorrow.

Now i can get my parts at a better discount than ever:idea:

Thanks for all the compliments, I'm not sure of what my parts discount is yet but i'll be sure to let you all know.

As for todays cars I prepped a Z4 2.5, a 325xit, 2 735s' one I and one IL, and two X5's, best part of the job is i get to go get fuel and road test each vehicle that I prep:evil:

there is an Alpina Z8 in the garage as well as a Maserati, but unfortunatley they wont give me the keys:t:

I need to see what kind of discounts that I can get myself before I hit them with the group buy action.

As of yet I haven't driven a new M car :sosad: but I have driven everything else from Z4's to 745Li's.

I know you told me but I just wanted to say congrats again for posterity sake.

Normally, dealers get 10% over cost. I know that's what a few of my friends that work at dealers get.

Ain't it the greatest thing getting paid to work with cars that you love?

Not to be too nosey, but what do they pay you? I always think about trying to get a job at the dealer but figured the pay would suck and they wouldn't be able to work with my school schedule.

I am paid $9.00/hr but truthfully at this point in time I'm not in it for the money, I just needed to do something with my time after school(I finish school at 1:45p.m. and didn't do anything but watch T.V. and buy porn

BTW: I found out my discount today on parts (as Tom said) 10% over cost of the parts.(too bad i already bought most of the stuff that i need for my car.:grr:
