    e30 m3 with Alpina m30 turbo - help

    A friend was sick of his e30 m3 (yes - free) and gave me his project car.
    It's in pieces - a lot of pieces. The engine is an Alpina m30 turbo - the ECU got wet and is dead. Does anyone here have experience with the m30 alpine turbo engine? I'll need a wiring harness - ecu - and a lot of time to put it all back together.

    Pics or it didn't happen. Try mye28 forum as well but those are some rare bits you're after. Maybe the ECU can be recovered by an electrical genius? Good luck.

        Agreed - and mye28.com is a good place to find a buyer for this lump. Then go find yourself an S14 + G265. No disrespect to the M30 at all - great engine - but this one belongs in an E28.
