    Purchased a euros50b30







    A few random parts needed to be replaced:

    This breather pipe 11151401194,


    12141401889 is the intake cam sensor



    Placed the engine in

    new thermostat
    new front crank seal
    new water pump
    new coil packs
    new gaskets
    Rod Bearings Checked and ok







    Rebuilt Vanos




    stock DME


    With AlphaN Chip


    S50b30 carbon airbox, CSL inspired












    Ebay Headers

      Changed headers to Raceland Supersprint copies and had them ceramic coated. Measured the Raceland vs Euro Headers and Racelands are wider everywhere!













      Really difficult to get clearance, so new H&R front sway bar with spacers, and downpipe fabrication by Kronic Customs.

      New control arms, with poly offset bushings.







      Oil Cooler install - can't use Euro Oil Filter housing due to the carbon airbox blocking the ports.





      New gold bolts for the BBS RC090 - don't ever want to change these bolts again. So time consuming.

        New Bilstein B8 to replace the B6. This will compliment the H&R Sport Springs. New H&R rear sway bar added as well. AKG Poly bushes, motormounts etc.







        EMU Master ECU added. I was not getting good results with the AlphaN chip set up. I opted to use a MAP Sensor instead. Tuning done by Hyperdrive Motorsport

        After EMU ECU Master. Note is Dyno Dynamics RWHP = 164rwkw. This figure is very comparable to other e36 M3 dynoed here.

            Wanted some bling so added a VAC aluminum expansion tank. Expensive as hell and had to modify the coolant output.

            AC Compressor Clutch crapped out and the compressor was leaking, so time for replacement, with a PF condenser (both Nissens). Receiver/Drier pictured ended up being the wrong part due to the fixtures.

            Kap Industries Extinguisher Bracket




            MAP Sensor using vacuum from FPR to EMU Master ECU.



            Innovate LC-2 Wideband sensor to EMU Master ECU. Might need recalibration soon.




            Custom downpipe to clear H&R swaybar, using swaybar spacers.



            Tight clearance. Using Tuner Motorsport Offset FCAB




            A nice cruise with a very quick ESS Supercharged E46 M3
            .

              geeez.....with all that money invested and bling.....PLEASE get a new connector for the expansion tank level sensor and get rid of the crappy looking taped thing....
