18" BBS LM's - 9" FR, 10" RR - what offset?

So I got a set of real BBS wheels, only thing is they are 18's where we all wish 17's were common:

They are sitting down at Paul Ehrlich's - so we can make them whatever to fit my E30M3 we want.

These are just going to be my "for show" wheels, have bare T - Stars 8" all around for play, but the price was right on these & Paul can modify to fit.

---For all you guys out East who run 18x9 & 18x10's --- what offset are you running & what amount of fender work was required?

If it helps for the fronts, I do have a pair of Sport Evolution fenders (will use if needed) - the big thing is how much rolling & pulling did you do to fit your 10" rears

Also, what size tires are you running, both front & rear?
