  • My best friend Chris and I share a "few" sets :gotcha:

    Staggered 17" ACS Type 1 3 piece: 17 x 8.5 et13 Front, 17 x 9 et 6 Rear. 8mm spacers up front, none in the rear, with 235/40/17 front and 245/40/17 rear tires. Too big of tires, and they rub, will be switching to 215/40/17 front and 245/35/17 rears when they're refinished.

    Staggered 17" ACS Type 2: 17 x 8.5 et13 Front, 17 x 9.5 et22 Rear. No spacers, direct fit, with 235/40/17 front and 245/40/17 rear tires

    17 x 8.5 et13 BBS RS212, with 245/40/17 all around

    16 x 8 et11 BBS RS211

    18 x 8.5 et13 MK Motorsport MK2s, with 225/40/18 all around. Direct fit, no spacers. (pending sale)

    15 x 7.5 et13 ACS type 1 monoblock wheels for track and auto-x (sold)

    17 x 8.5 et13 BBS RZ412 that I use to run on my E24, currently being refinished.

    Staggered 18" Closed lug Alpinas: 18 x 8 et11 front, 18 x 9 et24 rear. Currently waiting to be refinished.

          Changing these wheels BBS RX 17X7, might be selling them as I have BBS RC 090 17x8 and Ac Schnitzer type 1 16x8, too many choices!

                      • I've had two set of wheels on the car.
                        Ronal/ACT 17X8.5

                        I've since gone to the stock 15x7s.

                        I liked the Ronal 7 spokes, but they were both too wide (not enough clearance to run a tire wide enough to protect the lips of the wheel, one cracked.) They really were too big. In my book, anything larger than a 16" wheel is too big and detracts from the look of the car, not to mention the handling. By installing the stock wheels the car handled far better and I could get some real tires under the car (224/45/15s)
