My sunvisor panel (the panel across the front of headliner that holds the check panel and sunroof switch) is in poor condition. Has anyone tried modifying a normal e30 one? It seems you could just trim... -
Short answer = No. Powder coating requires running an electrical charge through the part to attract powder. It is then baked in an over at 450ish for 20-30 min....Leave a comment:

try to find a junk yard with a e30 and you can cut out the sections you need or search CL for a cheap parts car and sell the rest. The only difference on the m3 is the lip on the cowl is slightly extended...Leave a comment:

3rd brake light - broken clips - 3d print
Don't know if anyone else has this issue but the expanding rivets on my 3rd brake light holder are cracked and busted. Instead of rigging it up I got bored today and decided to draw the part up in CAD.... -
I looked at the FB page of the guy that did the work. Looks like he just replaced the lip where the windshield mounts not the whole cowl. I'm guessing he would need the car. Mine is rusted in that...Leave a comment:
