Lots of 6-4s in here I'm also that height and yes, I gained enough room to run a helmet comfortably over the stock seats using the Recaro SRD and Speedware Motorsport brackets. Roughly 1-1.5" lower....

I have powerflex rear subframe and trailing arm bushings. I don't have anything negative to say about them, but will warn you the more solid the bushing, the more noise that will transmit into the cabin....Leave a comment:
